Incentives

First Investors representatives are given the opportunity to fulfill their true earnings potential. It all depends on their commitment and hard work. Our representatives also enjoy a more flexible worklife than many Americans. But we don't just want you to succeed, we want you to excel. To that end, we offer a variety of incentives to motivate and reward you.

In addition to a generous compensation structure, top performers are eligible to earn a variety of cash bonuses based on their performance. There are monthly prizes as well as sizeable annual awards for top performers in the Company.

Of course, money isn't everything.

Convention

Perhaps our most anticipated reward each year is attendance at our annual Convention. The Convention, held every summer at a fabulous tropical resort — past Conventions have taken our top representatives to such locations as San Juan, Puerto Rico; Cancun, Mexico; and Fort Lauderdale, Florida — gives our most accomplished representatives the opportunity to attend seminars and conferences that keep them at the top of their game. Of course, Convention attendees also get plenty of chances for fun in the sun. They mingle, relax, and golf. The Company also plans exciting organized activities such as deep sea fishing trips, basketball and tennis tournaments, and snorkeling excursions.

Chairman's Council

The Chairman's Council honors the outstanding annual achievements of First Investors' top 25 representatives each year. Being named to the Council means that you are truly the “best of the best.” And membership does have privileges:

Chairman's Circle

For those who display a lifetime commitment to quality and personalized service, the Company has a special honor. The Chairman's Circle, essentially our “Hall of Fame,” honors the achievements of our finest Representatives. Membership in the Circle is based on cumulative career production and is divided into three levels: Gold, Silver and Bronze. New members in the Circle are inducted each year at the Convention.
