Getting Started
The time commitments on your part will be substantial during the period of your initial training and development. This is not unusual in the financial services industry. Indeed, in any business or profession, the first few years are usually the toughest.
Once you are trained and have developed your business, you will have substantial freedom to set your own schedule. Aside from having to attend a limited number of required weekly meetings, representatives generally are able to set their own hours. This flexibility allows you to strike the right balance between family and career responsibilities.
